The Blue Parrot has recently been refurbished and features modern Australian cuisine. New chef, Edward burgess, has created a finer tasting menu incorporating many eastern flavours.
Speciality dishes include entrees such as peking Duck Noodle Salad with Asian Leaves; Calamari stuffed with chorizo sausage, semi sun-dried tomatoes and kalamata olives served on crisp polenta & salsa Verdi or The Blue Parrot tasting plate consisting of a variety of entrees.
In these beautiful new surrounds you can enjoy fine cuisine with very reasonable prices. One of the favourites restaurants with locals.
